Faith Family Designs currently ships within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipment.

Processing time may vary depending on factors such as order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand. Please allow additional time for processing during peak periods.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Shipping times are estimates and begin once an order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is determined by the carrier and destination. Faith Family Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pre-Order Items

Products marked as “Pre-Order” have separate processing and delivery timelines. Estimated fulfillment times for pre-order items are clearly stated on the individual product pages.

Returns Related to Shipping
