Refund & Return Policy

Faith Family Designs offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Please note: Returns or refunds are only accepted for damaged or faulty items.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color choice.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

Once damage or defect is confirmed, we will issue a replacement (reprint) of the same design, same color, and same size, shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned due to change of mind

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Because our products are custom made, we do not offer exchanges.
If an item is damaged or defective, it will be replaced with the same item only.

Refunds

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit and cannot be located by the shipping carrier, Faith Family Designs will:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Offer a free reprint, at no cost to the customer

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method.
